SFR Distillery is a small-batch craft distillery based in Ottawa, Ontario. We distill, age, and bottle every spirit on-site no shortcuts, no outside production, no compromises. What you pour is exactly what we made, start to finish.

Our lineup spans the full range of premium Canadian craft spirits: a smooth corn-forward whisky aged in new oak and ex-bourbon barrels, a botanical dry gin built for cocktails and straight sipping, a charcoal-filtered vodka with a silky clean finish, and a bold collection of handcrafted liqueurs that bring heat, zest, and character to every glass.
