SFR Distillery is a small-batch craft distillery based in Ottawa, Ontario, built on a simple principle: every spirit that leaves our stills has to be something we're genuinely proud of. We distill, age, and bottle everything on-site no outside production, no volume shortcuts, no filler. Just clean, intentional craft from grain to glass.

Our lineup covers the full range of premium Canadian spirits: a corn-forward whisky aged in new oak and ex-bourbon barrels with layers of caramel, toasted spice, and a velvety finish; a botanical dry gin balanced for cocktails and solo sipping; a charcoal-filtered wheat vodka that's silky, clean, and built to elevate; and three bold handcrafted liqueurs that bring character to every pour.
