SFR Distillery is a small-batch producer of premium Canadian spirits, distilled, bottled, and perfected on-site in the heart of our working distillery. We’ve built our reputation on bold flavour, clean finishes, and a hands-on approach to every bottle that leaves our stills. From our smooth 3-year whisky to our flavour-forward liqueurs, we believe craft is more than a process — it’s a promise.

What began as a standalone distillery has grown into something more. SFR Distillery remains independently operated while collaborating in spirit (and spirits) to create a one-of-a-kind craft experience. We are investing in large projects to develop the next generation of Premium Canadian Whisky. As we continue down this journey we are introducing new ways to connect, through private tastings, behind-the-scenes tours, and limited-release spirits* you won’t find anywhere else.
