We're a small-batch craft distillery based in Ottawa, Ontario. Every spirit we produce is distilled, aged, and bottled on-site no outside production, no corners cut, no compromise. From the very first grain to the final pour, every bottle is a direct reflection of what we believe craft should be.

Our lineup brings the full range of premium Canadian spirits to your glass: a corn-forward whisky aged in new oak and ex-bourbon barrels with notes of caramel, toasted spice, and a smooth velvety finish; a botanical dry gin built for depth and versatility; a charcoal-filtered wheat vodka that's clean, silky, and built to perform; and three handcrafted liqueurs packed with character and bold flavour.
