We're a small-batch craft distillery located at 23-767 Silver Seven Road in Kanata, distilling, aging, and bottling everything entirely on-site. No shortcuts. No outside production. No compromise on what ends up in your glass. Every bottle is a direct reflection of what we believe craft should be — bold flavour, clean finish, and made with the kind of care that only comes from people who genuinely love what they do.
Our lineup covers it all. A smooth corn-forward whisky aged in new oak and ex-bourbon barrels with layers of caramel, toasted spice, and a velvety lingering finish. A juniper-forward dry gin layered with carefully selected botanicals. A charcoal-filtered wheat vodka that's silky, clean, and built to elevate. And three bold handcrafted liqueurs — Jacked Chili, Trickster's Orange, and Monk's Secret Herbal — each one bringing something unexpected to every pour.
