Edmonton is a city built on hard work, real winters, and an appreciation for things that are genuinely good. SFR Distillery is cut from the same cloth.

We're a small-batch craft distillery based in Ottawa, Ontario. Everything we make is distilled, aged, and bottled on-site no outsourced production, no shortcuts, no compromise on quality. From the grain in the mash to the seal on the bottle, every step happens under our roof and under our watch.

Our spirits span the full range of premium Canadian craft: a smooth corn-forward whisky aged in new oak and ex-bourbon barrels with notes of caramel, toasted spice, and a lingering velvety finish; a juniper-led dry gin built for cocktails and quiet evenings alike; a charcoal-filtered wheat vodka that's clean, silky, and endlessly versatile; and three handcrafted liqueurs that bring genuine character to every pour.
