A small-batch whisky of remarkable depth and character, Batch No. 001 has been hand-selected and every bottle hand-signed by Brierley himself.  This release reflects years of patience, precision, and craftsmanship, the culmination of grain, oak, and time in perfect balance.

Tasting Notes:

Our oaky-est release yet! Rich oak char leads on the nose, concealing dark cherry, vanilla, and butterscotch just behind. As the wood mellows on your tongue, date, cherry, and vanilla come through finished with a light blend of caramel and rye spice. Ideal for those seeking a heavier, oak-forward whisky. The first of many steps on our new path. 

Only 95 bottles of Batch No. 001 exist:

• 9 are held at the distillery for future ceremonies and special occasions.
• 80 are reserved exclusively for members of the Legendary Club.
• 4 are entrusted to our loyal restaurant partners.
• And 2… have gone missing.
  

Each bottle carries a hidden word, a quiet signature, a nod to those who look closer.
Together, these words form the opening lines of The Secret of the Fox. A story that will unfold slowly, through future releases, for those who choose to follow it.
