Aurora | SFR Limited Release No. 004

Our fourth and final limited release for 2026. This 100% soft white wheat whisky was fermented with a German hefeweizen yeast to bring out bold, novel notes of banana and clove, just like the beer. Aged exclusively in small Canadian oak casks and bottled at 50% abv. 

Aurora was developed to reflect the beautiful Northern phenomenon. A dark spirit with light tones that rise and linger with colourful radience.

Limited to 203 bottles, this release is offered first to Legendary Members.

Tasting Notes

Nose: Banana, caramel, and oak char
Palate: Banana, caramel, blackberry, clove, and black pepper
Finish: Lingering, medium, warm, and peppery
