On the heels of a Gold Medal win at the World Whisky Awards for SFR's 3-Year old Whisky, we’re proud to release our second Limited Release whisky, created in collaboration with Whisky Wonderland.

This bottle marks a milestone for us. A celebration of momentum, craft, and the community that’s been with us from the start.

Limited to just 95 bottles, this release is offered first to Legendary Members and Whisky Wonderland ticket holders. Once it’s gone, it’s gone.

Each bottle reflects the continued evolution of our distillery and the standards we hold ourselves to. Thoughtful, deliberate, and made without compromise.

For those attending Whisky Wonderland, Adam will be on-site and available to sign bottles, making this release even more personal.  If you are among the first 25 to purchase a bottle (1 per whisky fan), you will be invited to attend a special tasting hosted by Adam Brierley himself at the show on Saturday February 21st 2026.
