Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Domestic Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on Canada Post's available rates.

Handling Fee

SFR Distillery applies a flat-rate handling fee of up to $4.00 to every order delivered by Canada Post and Purolator to cover the cost the age verification fee imposed by those services. This fee is automatically included in the shipping estimates you see at checkout.

Local delivery

We do not currently offer local delivery, but are hoping to soon!

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our distillery! After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 business day. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 

Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come to collect your purchase.

International Shipping

At this time, we do not ship to international destinations.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at distillery@stratfordfoxrun.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

If you have your Canada Post tracking number handy, you can check the status on Canada Post's website.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

Identification

All deliveries that include alcohol must be received by someone 19 or older. Please be prepared to show identification if requested.
