SFR Distillery isn't a big operation chasing volume and that's exactly the point. We're a small-batch craft distillery based in Ottawa, Ontario, built on the belief that what goes into a bottle matters just as much as what comes out of it.

Every spirit we make is distilled, aged, and bottled on-site. No shortcuts. No outsourcing. No compromises. From our corn-forward whisky aged in new oak and ex-bourbon barrels, to our charcoal-filtered vodka and botanical-forward dry gin every pour carries the care of people who genuinely love what they do.
