We're a small-batch craft distillery based in Ottawa, Ontario. Every spirit we produce is distilled, aged, and bottled entirely on-site — no outside production, no volume shortcuts, no compromise on quality. From the first grain in the mash to the final seal on the bottle, every step happens under our roof and under our watch.

Our lineup covers the full range of premium Canadian craft spirits: a smooth corn-forward whisky aged in new oak and ex-bourbon barrels with notes of caramel, toasted spice, and a velvety lingering finish; a juniper-forward dry gin built for cocktails and straight sipping; a charcoal-filtered wheat vodka that's clean, silky, and endlessly versatile; and three bold handcrafted liqueurs that bring genuine character to every pour.
