Smooth and complex, SFR Whisky is a blend of two mashes that were separately aged for 3 years in both new oak and ex-bourbon barrels. Expect layers of caramel, toasted spice, and a hint of banana on the nose - with a velvety finish that lingers just long enough. Made to sip neat, poured over ice, or stirred into something bold.

Aroma: Banana, apple, caramel, and a touch of lemongrass with subtle oak char

Taste: Toffee, Caramel, toasted oak and nutmeg with a spicy rye finish

This whisky is distilled from a mash bill of 88% corn, 10% rye and 2% malted barley. Aged in a combination of new oak and ex-bourbon barrels, the whisky develops appealing notes of banana, caramel, vanilla and spice.

Notes from the 2026 World Whisky Award Judges: "Well-structured from nose to finish, with malty, fruity aromas of ripe apple, vanilla, cinnamon, and sweet malts, complemented by herbal notes and a dry, woody finish."
