Maple Eau-de-vie - Batch 2

Unlike most maple spirits, which are first a whisky, rum, or vodka that then has maple added to it, we wanted to start from the sap itself.

Ogham Craft Spirits collected 1,500L of 100% pure Lanark County maple sap from Ennis Family in Balderson, ON, which was then fermented and distilled at our distillery in Kanata. There are no added flavours or sugar. Enjoy neat, or mix as you would your favourite white rum! Pina Coladas, Mojitos, White Russians, Daiquiris, Coke, or our very own Maple Cream Cookie cocktail! 

Aroma: abundant dulce de leche

Pallate: delicate maple sap and white pepper
