Aroma : Banana, caramel, and a touch of lemongrass with subtle oak char

Taste: Toffee, Caramel, toasted oak and nutmeg with a spicey rye finish

This whisky is distilled from a mash bill of 88% corn, 10% rye and 2% malted barley. Aged in a combination of new oak and ex-bourbon barrels, the whisky develops appealing notes of banana, caramel, vanilla and spice.
