Maple Eau-de-vie - 60mL Minis

Unlike most maple spirits, which are first a whisky, rum, or vodka that then has maple added to it, we wanted to start from the sap itself.

Ogham Craft Spirits collected 1,500L of 100% pure Lanark County maple sap from Ennis Maple Products in Balderson, ON, which was then fermented and distilled at our distillery in Kanata. There are no added flavours or sugar.

Tasting Notes:

Aroma: abundant dulce de leche

Palate: delicate maple sap and white pepper
