Ingredients:
For the tea (makes 0.5L):
2 cups boiling water
6-8 teaspoons Earl Grey tea leaves
To make a batch:
11 oz Ogham Craft Spirits Pot Still Gin
16 oz Earl Grey tea
5.5 oz maple syrup
5-6 Lemon wedges
Ice cubes or crushed ice
To make one cocktail:
2 oz Ogham Craft Spirits Pot Still Gin
3 oz Earl Grey tea
1 oz maple syrup
Dash lemon juice
Ice cubes or crushed ice
Instructions:
Prepare your tea in a 1L jug and allow it to cool. Add the gin and maple syrup to the jug and top with ice. Stir until combined.
Garnish with fresh mint or lemon. Enjoy!
Storage: chilled tea will keep in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
