Espresso Poitíni (Martini)



1.5 oz Ogham Craft Spirits Poitín 
1.5 oz Espresso (cooled)
0.25-0.5 oz Simple Syrup

Start by cooling your espresso. Place the cold espresso, Poitín, and simple syrup into the shaker. Shake over ice and pour quickly into your coup to retain as much crema as possible. Enjoy!
